Nice practice & pleasant and helpful staff. I always feel heard and taken seriously here. Glad they recently also have a medication collection wall so that you no longer have to go to the pharmacy!

A doctor should be a place where you feel familiar and heard. My doctor makes a diagnosis in a matter of seconds. When I came up with suggestions about my complaints, I was not taken seriously. I was even expelled from the surgery because she did not have time for this. I found this really awful and unpleasant experience, could hardly believe. The agreements are not fulfilled and you have to wait much longer, sometimes for more than an hour. Based on my experience I would recommend everyone to register with another GP.

Fine, modern practice with good doctors. What I find regrettable is that I experienced zero cooperation from the assistant. The Friday before the weekend with Christmas following, I immediately contacted at 8 o'clock because of a bladder infection. I have indicated that I would be in discussion all day and whether I could come by right away to have the urine checked. This was possible. Once there, the assistant told me that she could not check it immediately but that I could call back at 2 pm for the result. I normally wouldn't have found this a problem. But in this case (it was not busy in practice, I indicated that I came immediately at 8 o'clock so that I could act quickly for my work because otherwise I could not pick up antibiotics that afternoon and knowing that the next day weekend and then Christmas) I found it rather bland and not customer friendly. Especially when it turned out that I had cystitis at 2 pm, I was really disappointed, because now I had to go between discussions, although this would certainly not have been necessary if the assistant had been more helpful.
