ATR Transmissies

Had nice contact with ATR. My machine did not shift smoothly anymore due to old oil. Made an appointment by phone and I was able to go quickly. A clear story. It is explained over the telephone what will be replaced and what the associated costs are. Frequently occurring problem points are also included, in my case a cable entry that often causes leakage. This also shows the experience of the company. After 2 hours a wonderfully shifting car again, great!

VOLKSWAGEN GOLF GTE My golf had problems with pressure loss on the mechatronic (P0867) such that the car could no longer drive, then by googling the error code I ended up at ATR, then made an appointment to solve it if possible, car brought 3 days later phone. With the bad news that they couldn't fix my gearbox with the advice to replace the gearbox, then I bought a used gearbox with the gearboxes passed ATR to convert the software from my original gearbox to the used gearbox, bottom box placed the car. After that I could not get a basic adjustment done due to errors on the links (which were not disconnected) well, good advice is expensive, but I contacted ATR (Sam) who told me that learning the links usually does not work with vcds and got it advice to bring the car there or to bring it to a dealer, car brought to the dealer with the final diagnosis that the mechatronic would be broken And it could not be in the software what they had updated, well then you think that is bad luck that I buy a gearbox that is defective. Still, I was happy to exchange the gearbox underneath the gearbox for another gearbox with the code RJW (this was arranged by myself outside ATR as well as mounted). Box mounted. Also in the meantime I went to ATR to have the software converted, then box mounted again the same problem, I was desperate I thought that wave will never work again, just like the so many horror stories that you hear around the GTE's. contacted Sam from ATR of course for the umpteenth time all my questions were answered nicely. And got the advice bring your golf but then we will try to get it started as soon as possible, car brought, since my costs were quite high on the car, they at ATR like to think along with you, after a few weeks I received the redeeming message, your car is driving again we had to go through a few more steps. Since my car vibrated a bit and the official dealer indicated that the vibrations came from the machine and this was quite expensive, a second opinion was requested from atr (paid 100 euros for a lot of paper but nothing definitive). Neatly received (phone comes first .... so please be patient) good explanation but you felt that a complete overhaul of the automatic gearbox ala 4000 euros was sent (can also have a new gearbox installed at the dealer). On the advice of an acquaintance, having the tank flushed at another company in woerden for less than a tenth of the revision price. Almost all problems solved. Very neat company, good explanation, certainly competent, but 4000 questions for what solves a flush is not desirable. Especially for specialists .......

The beginning, I drive back from Germany and a huge bang from the gearbox, and a strange odor arises in the car, shifting badly and even stalling! That does not belong to a machine. Then made a neat diagnosis, oil from the tank is burned, conclusion tank is broken. But the good news is, it will be okay, it is said immediately, and finally picked up at 10 pm and the next day I went to get the last things out of my car and make a quotation. Neat offer! Everything mentioned, what will be done and the costs involved, + not insignificant 1 year warranty on the work !! It has been agreed that every part in the box will be assessed and if necessary replaced, it must be done properly or not! Well I can say frankly, great job !! Very bad help and very dissatisfied, absolutely a worthless company. Please take my advice to heart and avoid this company. Better change the name to Always Disappointing Result (ATR)
