Having used remote parking facilities at British airports, I thought this would be a reliable, well-organized service. Wrong. Finding the car park is itself painful. Then you park up and press a button to call up the driver of the mini bus to pick you up. We were lucky, he was close by and friendly, BUT on the return journey the situation was horrible: - arrival after 23:00 - 19 people waiting in the freezing cold to be ferried to the various locations (there are 3 Quick Parking locations) - we were taken to the wrong location - the mini bus driver proceeded to verbally abuse us - we (two women and a small child) were very upset. A disgrace. AVOID THIS SERVICE.

this is a non sence offer. 1) Parking is in Spaans Polder, 15 minutes from Rotterdam airport (outside traffic time) but could take much longer if you are in rush hours. 2) A shuttle every 30 minutes, and it can't take all people at once. 3) Parking code received with reservation is useless as anybody can enter the parking anytime, without a code. They need to review their concept and also tell the true. Pity because at Schiphol Airport Amsterdam, everything is clear and well organized.

Made a booking last year but due to Corona I had to move this to this year. Again by Corona now chose to cancel booking. Contacted them. First time it was said that it could take months before I would get my money back. Okay I thought because of all the Corona conditions I have patience. After six months still nothing. I called again ... yes we are going to return it. Nothing again. Called again: yes now really we are going to return it. Almost a year later and still nothing. Think before you book here to park your car because get a money back? ho but

bad service: on monday 28/09/2020 i parked park z schiephol car. i in another family 20 minutes do not call anyone on phone. in the office also momand. when back 1:15 am tried tel call but no service yet
