De Posthoorn is a modest and no nonsense cafe on the road between De Meern and Montfoort. The interior goes back quite some time, nothing fancy. Nice people give you a cold beer while you wait for a decent dinner. Good portions, quality food, fairly priced. Very nice to sit at the bar with the locals, play darts or billiard. Just fine.

Simple! Simple, and very tasty !!! Delicious lunch onion soup with toast, and farmer's omelette👍👍 When we want to get off the A12 again for something to eat, we pass the La Place very fast again. And eat at the Posthoorn👍😊
