In 2019 I bought a pocket awning, 2 matching sides and straps for my caravan from the Fiamma brand. The intention was to go on vacation in the spring of 2020, but due to the Corona we could only go in August and were only able to use the purchased items then. A side wall and the straps showed defects and I contacted Camping Perfect when discovered. Even after a year, they picked up the complaints and, through their supplier, ensured that a side and the tensioning straps were replaced free of charge. Here you see a company that not only wants to sell but also considers service very important. I can only say: "Camping perfect SUPER and Chapeau"

A problem with a thule slideout bought from another store was solved for me by CampingPerfect. Helpful all 5 stars. In addition, quickly received the necessary information and the required part (again 5 stars)

Disappointed. There are products in the webshop that are not in stock at all. As a customer I manage to pay without that noticeable. You pay calmly, count on the promised fast shipping, and receive no warning that your order has been delayed. Gifts too late for a birthday ... Order has been canceled and will be refunded. Edit: message that the shipment was delayed only came after I had inquired about the track and trace code. The stock information is clear to you, but the customer can miss it. Often an order button turns gray, or a pop up appears ... I understand that not everything is possible. But personally I was disappointed that you did not seem very receptive to feedback in the contact. That is why the low rating, and that is why I have now ordered from another. Perhaps this message will help you.

It takes some getting used to, the shop is above a car showroom. Since the store is small, not everything is there. It is advisable to order your article via the website.

Ordered a product for the 1st time Was no longer available according to other online stores At kampeerPerfect they made the effort to get it delivered anyway ... (and they succeeded) And very kindly helped And despite this hectic period, we also delivered quickly
