For the first time with my BMW 1 series ended up at this company. My dubio was to have this car made or whether buying another would be better. Here they helped me enormously with an explanation about the condition of the car and after good advice I decided to have the car repaired its necessary defects. In the meantime, I kept in touch a lot by telephone and each time they left the choice with me and tried not to sell me all kinds of things like I was used to at other garages. What a top service, clearly people who know what they are talking about. As a BMW enthusiast I know enough about these cars myself, but due to lack of time I have to go to the garage. After talking to 4 specialists who could not find the problem, it was clearly not a problem for this specialist. Within 24 hours the car was neatly repaired at the door. This is not a BMW specialist! They only call themselves that! Specifically searched for a BMW specialist. I ended up at this garage; It looked good on the website, the reviews only promised good, however, it turns out otherwise in practice. As follows; It involved replacing the water pump, EGR thermostat and thermostat. All good and fine, paid 700 euros; until I opened the hood and saw drops of red coolant. So when inquiring is; red coolant uses G12 instead of the prescribed G11 coolant recommended by BMW, which is blue in color. Today when calling the workshop; I not only got a devensive attitude on the phone but also an answer like; "I don't feel like checking which specific coolant was used". "You googled too much" "There is suspicion in my work". It was still said with difficulty that the coolant is universal and suitable for all cars; BMWs, Renaults, Volkswagen, you name it. The man on the phone wanted to replace the coolant and flush the water pump, he didn't want to spend any time fixing this stupid mistake! This has been emphasized several times. I have absolutely no faith in this anymore. Someone who says in advance that he does not want to invest time here. Then I can already imagine how flushing and draining the current coolant will go. It will not interest them whether different coolants mix with each other, but this can cause damage to my engine. This is such a typical garage that only puts on a smile until you pay; they cannot be held accountable for poorly done work and stupid mistakes! The essence of this message; Apparently everyone can call themselves a BMW specialist, but pay attention! This is typically a case of attracting customers who do not save money on the maintenance of their car. Money pulling! I have to take my BMW to another garage for flushing and replacing the coolant; the additional costs are approximately 400 euros. I might as well have brought it to the BMW dealer itself for the total amount. I am dissatisfied with "BMW 'specialist' Montfoort". Very unprofessional and when they have their money all communication and goodwill expire. As a BMW enthusiast and connoisseur I strongly advise against them !!!
