I have been a member for quite some time now, but I am still warmly received. Personally, I always advised with different goals in terms of training or supplements and everything around it. And as a general rule over the years, fun events have always been organized or masterclasses or you name it. I also think the most important point is that the owner is still very motivated to make people fit and to improve and grow her company.

Had a trial lesson today, super nice gym, there is a nice accessible atmosphere
