Bad flowers. My daughter had bought a beautiful bunch in March for my birthday. After 2 days the roses were hanging. I went back myself. I received a voucher of 10 euros, while the bunch was more expensive. Well I thought last week I have a receipt. I buy a bunch of flowers. The lady said she could not accept the receipt because it had no date on it. I was not satisfied with that. Is it my fault that there was no date on it? I had a receipt with a sticker from them, valid for 1 year. She said who gave that because she was already one and a half hair there. Well I'm sure another girl gave this to me. Well according to her that was not possible. Finally got a bunch of flowers. But think this is bad service. Was happy with the flowers but is still a bit made fun of. And bought flowers there more often and brought them back more often.

Fine help, I had bunch of roses, and hoppa in the machine and neatly back without a tray and thorn

Very bad service. Always lazy and passive people behind the counter.
