On December 28 I brought my watch for battery replacement. When kindly helped despite they do not know the model of Fossil according to them heard there was no battery but had looked on the internet and there had to be a battery in it. On January 25 but went along to see if my watch was ready it was said we have on January 17 sent an e-mail that he is finished not seen anything. I thought I would have overlooked it myself. When I get home I look at my watch and see 3 screws have been screwed through and I miss 1 screw. this to the employee that there is a screw wrong she just sat he still in which I say that he really was not good in it and I should have felt it because had immediately put on watch. Do they only replace 1 screw on which I say do all 4 new then it is neat again. Got this from my wife the watch and maybe wear 1 or 2 times a year and have it count 8 years so did not accept the answer. So soon watch back again wonder if it is corrected correctly.

High costs for cleaning due to messing around and withholding information by Meijst 5 years ago I brought my Omega Constellation here for the first time to replace the battery. They asked if the watch should also be made watertight again. Yes, was my answer. Meijst Jewelers could do that themselves. My watch was always sent to Omega for this by another jeweler, but that wasn't necessary now. Meijst asked 15 euros for this, while I paid 50 euros for this. I explicitly asked if this was exactly the same, because the amount was so different. The Meijst saleswoman assured me that this made no difference. 8 weeks ago the battery had to be replaced again and I brought the watch back to Meijst. After a day I was called that when they replaced the battery they found that there was a deposit on the inside of the watch. They advised to have it cleaned. Costs: 125. I still expressed my surprise, because in 22 years there was never anything wrong with this watch. I gave permission for cleaning, because I had little choice. Weeks later I was called again. The watch was back from the watchmaker. Now the waterproofing test showed that the gasket was no longer good. I had never heard of a gasket. I once again expressed my surprise that I thought it strange that the watch had to be cleaned after Meijst had replaced the battery 5 years earlier. The watch now had to go to (another!) Watchmaker to have the gasket replaced. Again I gave permission. 5 weeks later I could pick up my watch again. I mentioned that the watch had to be cleaned after Meijst had made the watch waterproof 5 years ago. Then the saleswoman said that they do not waterproof the watch, but only waterproof testing. After so many years, the gasket may leak, but they will not be replaced when the battery is replaced. Only that they all forgot to tell. The saleswoman also casually said that now my guarantee had expired at Omega because the watch was opened by another watchmaker (on their recommendation, of course!). I have paid 150, - euros for replacing the battery and cleaning. My Omega warranty has expired. Later I saw that there was a deep well in the side of the watch. Unfortunately I didn't see that in the store. So the advice is not to bring your things here. They are prutsers who withhold all sorts of relevant facts and do not act professionally.
