Bad experience buying hygiene 24 face masks. They do not have the advertised certification and where not packaged as advertised. No response to multiple emails nor webform customer service so I have not been able to make any as appts to send back the product to get my money back. I feel ripped off.

Be vigilant and attentive when loading goods, count all pallets of the box. Not nice, but they wanted to cheat on one pallet, they loaded 33, and in the documents ,, CMR ,, they wrote 34

Mouth masks bought and these were delivered quickly. 1 mask was incorrectly delivered and after calling customer service the correct one was sent for free. I could keep the wrong. I call this top service.
