Very happy with service, I ordered the bike and received it 2 days later :) Unfortunately, there was unlikely event that the gears were not working. I contacted C.A.B and spoke to an Agent named Robbin and was immediately really helpful. Advised to test something and if it did not work they could refund me. I confirmed the gears were not working and called back the next day. I again spoke to Robbin which was nice as he was aware of the situation. He then gave me the option to order a new bike with a code he gave me to discount me the price of the bike that I had originally purchased. He also gave me the option to get it repaired or a straight refund. I chose the bike swap option and Robbin even gave me a further EUR 20 discount to compensate for the error. NOTE: ALL OF THIS HAPPENED WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS :D So I am very happy with the service and feel the effort given should be acknowledged :) Thank you Robbin and C.A.B!

I was unsure about what size bike was appropriate for my height. So I called the customer services department who were very helpful and helped me pick an appropriate bike. Bike arrived within 2 working days as promised. Thanks for the help and the explanation Cheapassbikes!

I'm glad bought my bike here, very good service (staff and response), affordable price, and good quality. I got my bike two days ago, just use it and everything looks good! thanks Cheapassbikes, now I can go everywhere with my bike! :)

I'm from Vienna and I'm a big fan of the Dutch bike. During my short vacation in The Hague, I ordered 2 bikes from Cheapassbikes. 1 bike had broken brakes and didn't suit me well. So I sent it back for EUR 35. The other was a visually nice "Gazelle", but only had 3 bike gears and not 7 as stated in the description. The lapidary reaction of the service team: That was wrongly stated in the description ... The condition of the bike was described as "Zeer Goed" and the price of EUR 369.00 for a renovated Gazelle Basic was quite impressive. But the front lamp was completely defective. All screw connections, even the saddle, were loose on delivery. The 3 gears were (and unfortunately still are) very difficult to adjust. This Gazelle was far from a completely renovated bicycle. But I still wanted it and brought the bike back for service at home: Both weals had to be re-centered, everything re-screwed and the light replaced. I learned my lesson from this ultimately "expensive fun" and therefore clearly advise against buying a bike under these circumstances.

I had a great experience dealing with Cheapassbikes.nl. The bike rental service represented good value. The bike itself was a cheap and cheerful model as suggested by the name, and customer service always replied to my queries promptly and courteously. This was the ideal service for me having just moved to the Netherlands in need of a cheap and efficient way to get around.
