I wanted to buy a flexi roll leash, not to walk the dog but the cat. (pets-place also sells cat harnesses itself) I asked the lady at the checkout if I could return the product with the receipt if I didn't like it. The lady kept saying that this retractable leash is for dogs and not for cats and if I didn't like it then I shouldn't be able to bring it back. I understand that the leash is designed for dogs, but it remains a leash. I am now using a 3 euro action leash and that works fine, but it is poor quality and falling apart, so I am looking for a quality leash that is stronger. Unfortunately I received no warranty from the cashier and I did not buy the product. Order it somewhere online .. then I can just send it back. It is a great pity that you have to keep the secret that you are going to walk your cat with the product to keep the warranty. I have been in the store before and another employee seemed to be aware of the possibilities to walk a cat because she told me that she did that too, but this lady was apparently not aware. Not such a nice experience.

Went to this store for cat litter and some heavy stuff that cannot be easily carried by hand. When I arrived at the checkout I was offered the only option to buy a big shopper of € 1.80 !! To purchase. It's either that or NOTHING. Bizarre !!
