The team is friendly, professional and I find the overall appearance very pleasant, atmospheric and relaxing. My experience with the webshop is also very good. I had questions about what to order for my skin and got advice straight away. Very nice. Recently I placed an online order and I received it the next day. The package looked like a present, so nice! Recommended!
I had received a coupon for free treatment but was received as a paying customer. As a thank you also bought some products.
Only downside, when I came by spontaneously there was no one behind the desk and the only employee who appeared after 10 minutes was still working on a customer. When I came again afterwards, a product of my choice was out of stock again. I got a call when it came back in.

Fine treatments by highly skilled staff! Always taken care of down to the last detail: the treatment rooms, the reception, the products. And an adapted treatment plan for every skin type. I like to come there for an hour of relaxation and care!
