At the request of the insurer (car trust) brought my Volkswagen Polo to Bosch Car Service for a diagnosis on the DSG box and possible coolant leakage / white smoke at cold start. Was answered by telephone and was able to bring the car for a diagnosis on the same day. They could not confirm the problem (s) I identified. Decided to leave the car outside for a day and start with a cold start (-5 / -8). The next day the garage told me that they could not put DSG box in his D. Only after they had put it in reverse could the car be put in its D position. I didn't have that problem myself. She also told me that there was a revision box under the car and that it was not mounted skillfully. I had to take that from them. They would then continue to investigate and contact me. Called myself in the afternoon because I hadn't heard anything. The operator told me that they had taken pictures of the revision box and emailed them to car trust because the problem might be there. I asked Bosch Car service if they had a loan car. Wasn't the case ... I had to borrow it from a family member ?? but she waits for the operator. She was apparently approached by the mechanic and he told me that I could pick up the car. Hu did I think to myself? To pick up?! I said he has a diagnosis with you, right? And if I drive the car and the problem gets worse, you guarantee the damage that could possibly occur ??? It remained silent for a few seconds .... The operator said I'm going to interrupt you because there are people at the desk. I said that may be the case, but are you taking any damage on you? The operator said that contact is always difficult with car trust. Should I be the victim of that I said to the operator ?? !! I left the car and the next day I called with car rest. The occasion center Haak en Jansen has also started calling car trust because the DSG box would not have been professionally assembled. The photos sent by Bosch Car Service were assessed by car trust. They couldn't see anything crazy in the photos on the mounted DSG box. Autotrust said by telephone in the presence of Haak and Jansen that they felt that Bosch Car service was not in the mood. Also that one Bosch Car Service is not the other. It was agreed that the Volkswagen would be picked up at Bosch Car Service and taken elsewhere where people have a passion for their profession. Thus, the Volkswagen was picked up and a good diagnosis was established elsewhere !! Bosch Car Service did not feel like it or they simply do not have the knowledge of DSG machines. Do not take on these kinds of jobs and do not hang up ghost stories with car trust! No Bosch Car Service in Houten for me !!

Last week my car, a Seat Mii, suddenly stopped working completely. Electronics was partly defective, this garage was called and was immediately available. A friendly lady received me and the car was driven in immediately. Unfortunately, more diagnostic work was needed and the BCM was found to be faulty. Took a little longer due to ordering from Spain. Good price / quality ratio. All in all, I am very satisfied, there are garages where this is different! And when you pick up your car and it is completely clean again ... Great! My car's engine broke down really badly. Bosch Car Service has helped me excellently, also by keeping the repair costs very low through a leniency scheme. There was always good coordination and pleasant consultation. My car is now running like a charm again. A few weeks after the repair we were called to see if everything is still satisfactory. That is a great service! I can wholeheartedly recommend Bosch Car Service!

They managed to help me with winter tires at very short notice. And for a lower price than my regular garage, it turned out. The extra hygiene related to covid was taken very seriously, which gave a feeling of safety.
