Trudi van Bentum is a very involved and professional psychologist who helped me to accept things through EMDR in 2016 and brought me back to my body through mindfulness techniques and helped me to slow down. Marina van Eck is a mindfulness coach that I experienced as very pleasant and professional. Only praise for this practice. I therefore heartily recommend them.

Although I actually live in Utrecht, on the advice of acquaintances, I registered with the Psychologen Praktijk van Bunnik. I came in contact with Trudi van Bentum and have been accompanied by her for several months. I have very good experiences about this. Because of her professional knowledge and way of working, I have been able to make enormous progress. Trudi is completely honest and open. She will indicate that she can not help you if this is not possible for her. In addition, she gives you the space you need. If you are looking for a good psychologist who wants to feel good and familiar, then I can wholeheartedly recommend Trudi van Bentum.
