We ordered the Rustic oak floor 3 weeks ago. We picked it up and placed it ourselves. The wider planks were in stock, so we were allowed to use them at no extra cost. Completely happy of course. We are so very happy with the floor .. it is absolutely perfect and beyond our expectations. A very nice rustic and warm appearance that we will enjoy for a long time. And everyone compliments how beautiful it looks. And then another plus for the already good service. We were a few plinths short, just called and could pick them up and take them right away. Well in our opinion, both the floor and the service are worth a big 5 stars.

Be careful with the agreements you make have everything put down on paper, otherwise they will only remember the agreements that are favorable for them, but do not look at the customer. In December had a very pleasant conversation about the purchase of an oak floor, as I am disabled and had also made this known, made the agreement that our good Bas, seller and owner, would bring the floor himself, he also saved freight costs, great. When the floor was delivered it came with a transporter, no Bas to discover. We had to bring the floor in ourselves. Bas talked about this, however, he knew nothing about it and the quotation states where the car can come from. The floorlayer came after the first one to come suddenly ran out of time. a nice man but was completely mental, we really sympathized with the best man but also indicated this to Bas and he also did not understand at all he would come with several but he was alone. After a week, on Friday, we just said, after making days from 1 to 2 p.m. let's stop for now, we have to move tomorrow, but it was not ready yet. After 1.5 weeks it was still finished. When asked who is taking the junk, it was casually said that we should do that ourselves, so we drove about 4 times to the dump. Bas has indicated that we should think about it, what they should do to satisfy us, sent an email today that this is difficult because we will not buy a new floor for the time being because we now have it and could only do this financially . THIS WAS SHOT IN THE WRONG THROATHOLE BY MER BAS, IT CANNOT DO ANYTHING BY CORONA ????????????? So think carefully before you buy something from this company Bas promises everything, but he doesn't remember it. A nice floor, but you can buy it from any other flooring company.

We have bought a beautiful floor here! Recently we had a few spots on the floor, but thanks to the great service and explanation we will soon have a floor that we can be proud of!
