Cumbersome ordering process: unclear when the wine will arrive. Following small text in the email I had to choose either wednesday or Friday, I did and no further info on when it will arrive. I got invoice, but again without info on delivery. Also they did not pickup phone on working day. Just let people make appointment for delivery during purchasing process.

Wine ordered through Vivino. 2 bottles were delivered wrong year. The ordered year turned out to be gone (please call and ask if another year is also approved?). But no, just another year will be delivered. Then contacted, wine returned for refund .... and then it remains quiet. No response to emails ... No refund ... Nothing at all ... Radio silence. Very unprofessional. Maybe they help you in the store, but selling online turns out to be a profession in itself ....

Best wine shop in Utrecht. Give advice, have nice wines and take the time for you. Membership is a great deal!

What an amateurish mess this place is. Administration not in order, so orders are incorrect, invoices are incorrect, but always to the detriment of the customer. Then it is impossible to talk to. If I could give less stars I would have done it. One star is six too many.
