The remedial therapist distinguishes itself by looking beyond the complaint itself, that is to say that the complaint is placed in the overall picture of the attitude and movement of a client. The exercise therapist focuses on improving postural and movement habits that cause complaints. These are often everyday activities such as bending over, lifting, sitting and walking. However, there is no posture or mode of movement that applies to everyone.
