Need to call to make certain appointments, no other options. That's fine, but the call queue has an issue.
Its happened twice to me, waiting in the queue for over 40 minutes, then the line drops out forcing me to call again and end up to the back of the line.
First time I was caller number 2 and then hung up after 45 minutes.
Second time, today, been on the queue for 40 minutes, caller number 7, then no more ringing and the line drops out?
Its quite frustrating, I understand long wait time because the IND is busy but having to start again from the back of the line after your call drops, that's an issue
No one answered the phone i called 50 time
with an appointment, always very efficient and almost no waiting time. They are all friendly and helpful!
why bother put phone number if no one answer?
Extremely friendly and proactive staff! I made an appointment for a return visa because I didn't have my renewed RP. I got a call from IND that my RP is already there for collection and they helped me with the appointment as well!
