Don't buy there unless you want to be plagued with their catalogues which they will be sending you constantly. Requests sent to them are simply ignored by the company.

What a drama company ordered shoes at the beginning of December, after a month they ask for an advance of 80 euros, otherwise my order will be canceled. After payment I am told that it will take at least another month, in mid-February I am told that it will no longer be available. After several emails I finally got my 80 back. Really never order anything here again.

Just received a letter about an order that I would have placed. Didn't order anything here, and would never order anything. After calling several times, they finally managed to get the 'order' out. Now I am annoyingly flattened with their catalog ... There is no way you can get rid of this !!! Do not work with this company !!! You will never get rid of it !!

On January 9, 2021 I placed a large order with Peter Hahn. However, the ordered clothing has not been delivered so far. In the past few days I have made two inquiries by telephone, but then I get the answer that the clothes have got stuck "somewhere along the way" and that nothing can be done for me. Also canceling, so that I get my money back, is also not possible. I think this is a clear example of a default by Peter Hahn.

Very dissatisfied with Peter Hahn's range. No response to e-mails Calling customer service is half a day's work. Moreover, the employee is clearly annoyed if you say anything about this. I will now receive a message within 2 days (am benieued) of how long I still have to wait for my shoes. Because apparently they are in "backorder" Strange when I ordered them they were immediately available. PH is fooling its customers.
