Nice quiet camping. Arrived very tired after a long day of cycling. Got a free cup of coffee to recover. Nice fresh buns in the morning. Great experience!

Nice, quiet camping with big spots to set up your caravan or tent, organised in different fields to seperate busy children from people who want to relax, great sense of hygiene for the sanitary hygiene. It's run by a friendly couple who are open to anyone.

A reasonably large campsite in the middle of nature. The terrain is really beautiful. Very beautiful spacious fields, playfully decorated. Especially the places at the back are very beautiful. Beautiful trees, all greenery is well cared for. The pitches are very spacious and have a gravel plateau. There is also a tent field. The fields in the front often have little shade. Electricity and water are close by. Drain water is a problem, you can only put it in the facility for chemical toilets. If you are at the back of the campsite it is quite a hassle. Reception and sanitary facilities are located at the beginning of the campsite. The buildings that lie there are grouped in such a way that a cozy 'center' has been created, with beautiful green spaces in between. The river Dinkel also flows there. There is a beach with a water slide and swings on an overhanging tree. Children can play wonderfully. In short, a beautiful site! The plumbing is okay but no more than that. The number of toilets is not sufficient when the campsite is full. Showering costs 50 cents, so you have to deal with coins. The sanitary building is at the beginning of the campsite so if you are at the back of the campsite it is very far away. If it were my campsite I would build a second sanitary building at the back of the campsite. The wifi is lousy, you keep getting thrown out. The area is really beautiful for walking and cycling! In short: truly beautiful grounds, but in terms of facilities, the price / quality ratio is a bit lacking.

Camping Olde Kotting, after 3 weeks of vacation, we would like to stay forever! What a wonderful time we were able to experience at this nice campsite. Marcel and Agnes have everything under control, they work almost day and night to make the guests happy. Despite the hustle and bustle and work, there is always time for a chat and Twente humor. Is Agnes strict and unfriendly, no absolutely not, she is clear and direct and this approach ensures that the unique atmosphere at this campsite is preserved. For some people it is hard to swallow when they are addressed if they do not obey the rules. We can recommend this campsite to everyone, our 6-year-old son has had the best holiday ever. Playing on the beach, with the water swing and water slide as highlights. Safe cycling around the campsite, because the cars are in the parking lot. Saturday evening baking sandwiches and drinks with the other guests and enjoy the fries. Everything accessible and without obligation, but absolutely cozy. Fresh bread rolls every morning, with a treat for the children, so that the children are more than happy to take care of getting the sandwiches. Coffee on arrival, tips for the correct placement of a tent or caravan, Sunday morning Wegge for everyone, on hot days Agnes hands out water ice creams for the children on the beach. Laundry is done, is delivered clean to the caravan, postal parcels are delivered to the caravan by Agnes. Sanitary facilities always clean with plenty of soap, disinfectant spray and paper towels and rolls. Very spacious pitches for tent, caravan or camper. Just look for a campsite where 2 people arrange this day in, day out. I am very curious what else people who complain about the lack of hospitality and friendliness expect.
