Good service and thought to solve a problem

On June 26, 2020 we bought an occasion, a Peugeot, not a Toyota, at Peterman, Oldenzaal. Roberto, our sales advisor, approached us with humor and said he was not a sales person but a relationship builder. He, along with the rest of the Toyota team, delivered on that. He listened to what we thought was important, looked for a solution for adjusting the headrests, made sure that the booklets belonging to the car were delivered and made sure that the navigation was updated (that had to be done with the Peugeot, but we could just take the car to Peterman and pick it up there a few hours later). When we picked up the car, a true party was organized and, in addition to a gift (flowers or a bear, with which you also support a good cause!) We also unexpectedly received an extra set of tires (which belonged to the car and had been in the warehouse). Upon arrival you will receive friendly and good help from Peterman. Employees want to be sure that your problem has been solved satisfactorily and show this in word and deed. We are very satisfied with the car and the friendly, knowledgeable employees of Peterman Oldenzaal.

Not yet a customer, but they were helped super, you may well know we went to this dealer with loot in our shoes. Living in Germany, we had also bought a Toyota RAV 4 new, but at the dealer, more than 150 km from our home, they had forgotten to program the closing of the windows and Panorama roof so that I can close everything with an electronic key At Peterman solved within 10 minutes by a very friendly technician I now call that service and no costs Thank you Peterman in Oldenzaal, we are a new customer with you Peter Bouwmans
