I went to the Shell pump to get breakfast. I was a little late (10.02 min when I was at the counter). Normally this is not a problem, I was a little later once and then it was said: officially we can spend breakfast until 10.15 to avoid discussions. This lady was relentless, no breakfast because too late. This in a rather rude, unfriendly tone. When I walked away without breakfast, she couldn't help crying out cynically goodbye. Very unfriendly and certainly not what I am used to from Shell. Edit: after some confusion about who had responded below my review on behalf of the owner, I have contacted the real owner. He apologized, spoke to the employee concerned and invited me for a free breakfast. The owner and employee in question kindly helped me when I came by.
