Do not go here to send your DHL parcel. The owner has great difficulty with this and responds to this on the customer. Hr finds it very normal to yell at customers and does not listen at all to what you are trying to explain (just screams through it) Even when it gets a bit too busy for him in the store, he soon can no longer handle it and he also reacts this to the customer. This has happened to my husband and I several times now and have seen it happen to other clients as well. In the future we will make a detour to another DHL point !! I don't understand at all that you work in a store if you can't bring yourself to be friendly. Daughter and son do work as they should, but unfortunately do not work on set days so that we can avoid sir. In the future, we will make a detour for our parcels, never again at this company!

You have a package pick-up and shipping point, but you don't like it when customers bring packages. Just don't do business if you can't do business, I don't bake pizzas either.

As mentioned before, they don't keep closing times! I came from Germany to collect my parcels at least 1 hour before closing, but already closed. Called the mobile number twice and left but no response. When I made the second attempt the following Monday and spoke to the male about it, the gentleman said he 'couldn't do anything about it'. And that he 'couldn't jump through the ceiling!'. In other words, too bad for you, I don't care! In a word: outrageous and I will never come here again! From now on I will have my parcels delivered elsewhere.
