As the son of the owners, this review might be a bit out of place. Still, I want to share things with customers through this review. My parents are the warmest and most hardworking people I know. The quality of the work that is delivered is always of the highest level, they do not do it for less. Esra has become a fixture in Oldenzaal where retail chains and regular customers have been able to find their way to the store for years. They think along with you if you have a problem or give advice about current fashion trends and what could be better and different. So you can have everything related to clothing and shoes entertained here. Their motto is love your clothes and shoes and don't just throw it away. In addition, they have recently started a key service. Just wait 5 minutes and your spare key is ready for a reasonable price. The current clothing industry is taking on increasingly worse forms whereby everything becomes more and cheaper. In this time of climate change, people are becoming more aware and have small repairs done earlier so that they can enjoy their clothes for longer. Together we can ensure a more sustainable climate, but it starts with you. The store is very inviting and it is always cozy inside. So I would say come along for a cup of coffee and see for yourself!
