The host was very nice! The food itself was very disappointing. It tasted little fresh, much seemed to come from a package. The menu is confusing about the pumpkin chickpea burger, which consists of corn, carrot and green peas, so it does not contain pumpkin or chickpea. The burger was also not prepared itself, only heated with a lot of oil, which made the structure very soggy. Nowadays there are better quality vegetarian burgers in the supermarket. It was thoughtful that I could swap the burger for the soup, but curious that you then charged the burger instead of the soup. One more note for the service: Not so fitting to call the cook one of only two vegetarian chefs in the Netherlands. I would recommend that you take a culinary journey through a number of Dutch cities. The Netherlands has many good vegetarian chefs.
