I can give him my clothes at 14:00 and the owner will wash it, dry it, and have it all folded & organised by 16:30. Very reliable place to do my laundry ever since my washing machine broke.

Roof not properly cleaned. Setback. Had expected more from it.

Outstanding service ! The laundry comes back clean and folded. I am very satisfied with the quality and price. An absolute must. Also for corporate clothing.

Expensive down jacket offered for steaming (as the washing label recommends). Upon returning home, he discovered that the colors of the inner liner of the jacket had merged into the outside of the jacket. Jacket completely ruined. Then went back to Feringa Laundromat. First time sent away in a very unfriendly way by the owner of the store. The second time, after very long insistence on the very unfriendly and absolutely non-cooperating owner, I finally expressed my suspicion that the laundry room owner had not steamed the jacket but washed it with water. He finally admitted this, because a down jacket "must be able to withstand it". When I pointed out to him that according to the washing label in the garment it is not recommended, the owner finally claimed that he would have steamed the jacket again with his equipment in the store, so that he could not be blamed . That this is a crystal-clear lie can easily be deduced from the fact that the owner does not even have access to dry-cleaning equipment. The laundry room is just a "depot steamer" (see shop window on Google Street View). In other words, he needs to send it to steam clothing. I then asked if the owner could show the so-called dry cleaning equipment that he claimed to have in the store. Of course he couldn't show that. So situation has not been resolved. I gave up, but I am sure I will never come back here.
