Brought 4 suits. 3 suit jackets are now damaged or ironed so badly that they are unwearable. I gave them 3 times the chance to repair and in total FOUR WEEK, but I always got the jackets back wrinkled and badly ironed and once event dirty. Totally incompetent and unreliable. Lost a lot of money and three expensive jackets. Never again!!!

Do you like losing your money?? If yes, DEFINITELY go to this Laundromat! The employees are incompetent and are clueless which makes everything so easy. We courageously trusted this establishment when worker #1 told us BAG1 will be two loads, 8Euros each, and BAG2 will be one load, 8Euros. Pricey, but we're desperate. Excited to wear clean clothes, we eagerly presented our golden paper tickets to retrieve our prize! Except when returning, fresh face worker #2 decides BAG1 is now 10Euros each load, and BAG2 is now 2 loads, 10Euros each. Her explanation, savagely tossing worker #1 under the bus because "She's New." I'm so sorry Worker #1 for an establishment that has not prepared you for how much Laundry costs at a Laundromat. It just screams you need a new job, or a new boss, or a new coworker well equipped with kindness and understanding. I'm sure Luandry Ako is hiring, and theirs is only 6Euros a load!

This wasalon is completely incompetent. I left 3 jackets with them (only for dry cleaning), and I had to go to them 5 times in two weeks! Every time they had a new date and time for me to come back again. Initially their answer was "sorry, I am doing my best"...however, the 5th time, their behavior was very rude and they were scolding me instead of admitting their own fault. Other than that, the quality of the dry cleaning was ok, nothing special. But I do not recommend going there.

both self wash service and dry cleaning. self wash: you can go here 24/7 to wash, costs 4 euros for a normal wash or 9 euros for a large wash (content 2.5 x a normal wash). You can not pin at the self wash, you can pay in the machine with notes or coins, you get money back. It is a great laundry room, they do not have a lot of devices, so there is a chance that you will miss out when you come. 4 euros for a wash is not expensive. I see some negative reviews about the size of the washing machines, I recognize that not so and 4 euros is not much money for 1 wash. That is at least 5 or 5.50 elsewhere in the city of Groningen. I am also satisfied with the dry cleaning. I had brought a jacket with a dirty collar. Another dry cleaner could not get it out, this was my last resort. Asked at the desk if they wanted to pay extra attention to this, cost 5 euros extra, but personally I think it is worth it if that makes the difference between wearing or throwing away clothes because it is too dirty. In the end it became super clean and also smells wonderfully fresh! Previously at other dry cleaners it did not really have a fresh scent, so I sometimes had the feeling that it was done quickly and ready again. At the dry cleaner you can just pay with pin. Overall satisfied.
