Nice concept 'from ground to mouth'. Own vegetable garden, cows, pigs, chickens, cheese farm in the making, all right. Sharing dining was tasty, beautiful and cozy, partly due to the relaxed way of serving and the personal attention of the chef

Decor is tasteful, for the gourmets fixed delicious dishes based on e.g. own ingredients, but the "shared dining" concept cannot be explained by waitress Laura, not even on the basis of the menu. Normally I don't make comments about something less positive. Because this does not promote the atmosphere and then you have two less pleasant experiences. It turned out that none of our party understood the explanation about the "shared dining" concept. A second explanation did not improve that. The comment after the explanation that we did not understand led to the comment of the waitress "Let me finish it". But after the previous sentence nothing was said and this comment appears unpleasant and unprofessional. With her, ignorance leads to agitation. The evening was spoiled for me. A pity about the dedication of the chefs, a pity about my evening. It could have been so much more enjoyable.

Delicious eaten. Neat service with good explanation of the dishes. And it tastes even better than it already looks in the photo.

Cozy and delicious dinner with colleagues. Even though not all ordered drinks arrived, the food was excellent
