Outrageously unreliable in keeping agreements. Number of days awaiting the collection of my car that would be purchased by them. I contacted myself several times daily and received the answer that I would be called back within 3 minutes; I never received a call! There was no response to SMS messages either. 3 evenings until 10.30 p.m. waiting to pick up my car because that was the appointment; 3 evenings did not appear! In short (un) properly kept on the line ........

Does not honor agreements. Finally sold the car. 3x did not show up. Hard to communicate. Car was picked up, a foreign man arrived early. Has been here 15 minutes, did not speak Dutch.
