I also have a similar experience with Schoonenberg Borne. A house brochure about testing is the reason to go to the store. Once there, it turns out that this is not the case for me. For unclear reasons. When asked, he says it would be too expensive for me. But he sees me for the first time! We don't even know each other. He does have something else for me. But I didn't come for that. When inquiring in my circle of acquaintances it also happens to them: Luring to the store, being estimated and then trying to apply something else. Preferably older people who are looking for confidence. Nauseating. (Appointment for hearing measurement was made through head office, but gradually the conversation in the store showed that there was no time. So apparently I was not the 'easy' customer they are looking for.)

I am very satisfied with the advice and treatment of Mr. Rhammouz, Professional, customer-friendly, take the time and give a good explanation. Also recommend him to others, I am positively surprised.

Trying a free hearing aid is only awarded to 'easy' customers. Like the elderly. If it is not easy to sell, you will be told rejections. Such as: "First have measurements taken at the Audiological Center" (waiting period 10 weeks) or "The devices are not covered by your health insurance, unfortunately". In short, they are going to open a shop in smaller places to skim off the easy customer market. And we get that with free trial promotions.
