Beautiful clothing. Ordered dress and jacket. Quickly received and kept informed by a track and trace. Unfortunately, the quality of the jacket and dress was less. Dress is a very thin fabric, I do not think so much but the jacket has already been worn a number of times. He just rips open on the seam, such a shame because I was so happy with it ... you can wear it on 2 sides, one side is fluffy, the other is made of fabric, the fabrics are all very thin material and on this side the tears seams open ...

Ordered dress. They were on vacation but could order online. So you assume that they will send it. Facebook message sent not responded now calling makes no sense. Eventually be able to get in touch through insta. Dress finally shipped but was asked why I needed it immediately. Explained Actually, I am not accountable to them. Dress inside completely crumpled in a shipping bag. Not quite attracted as I thought it was made of t shirt fabric, but that doesn't matter. Unfortunately the dress shines quite well because everyone can see what I have at the bottom. Too bad it is not listed on the site. I will not return it when I read that you have to wait 2 weeks for your money, I will use it as a beach dress. It's a shame I don't order anything anymore :)

Update: after 2 months (in which several emails (mainly from me to the seller) were sent and I contacted ACM for advice), the issue has now been resolved and the amount paid for the dress has been refunded by the seller. Ordered a dress here. Everything returned neatly within time. No response for a long time, eventually contacted by email. Had to pay the return costs himself. Because I paid part of it with a VVV voucher it is difficult to return the purchase amount and a gift voucher is proposed, with an amount including the return costs (another option is all difficult and this is the best solution according to the seller). Of course a nice proposal, but rather the purchase price. Again nothing has been heard from the seller. Moral of the story, ordering online here is (given my experience) not recommended.
