As a personal trainer, flying from hot to her with thousands of kilos of material, my body sometimes has a hard time. Due to an accident during a training I got a (long-lasting) shoulder injury. At first I was too stubborn for six months to call the physiotherapist, but now I am very satisfied / happy with Rick's treatments & tips. Fleminghof employs professionals with a good listening ear, sharp analyzes & effective treatment methods. Class!

Service is of paramount importance in this practice. Half treatments are not done, you only get away when it has really improved!

Had good guidance with pelvic instability during pregnancy. It was easy with some exercises and massage but it really helped, I could hardly walk anymore and it made it bearable. The pregnancy gym is also small and pleasant.
