A beautiful place ..... It is only open for public a few days a year....

We have been there with the Heritage Day open. The rest of the year you can only enter with a guide, and I think that's a better option. As a park itself it is not very special. It is a reserve, but we have not seen any animals. With a guide you get an explanation of all plant species and where you should look, etc., that is probably a lot more fun. As an independent visitor I find the freely accessible Twickelbos around it more beautiful.

Beautiful nature reserve, prepared for open monument day. Drought does create a different picture than normal I think.
