You can order on the internet before 4 pm and be delivered the next day. I have done that Ordered Tuesday and would arrive on Wednesday - fine if a day or two is late. Then find out for themselves n they say the package will arrive next week. Not neat and last x that I order

We ordered a number of items for our daughter's new room, including a unicorn duvet cover. Unfortunately received the wrong one, but after email contact and returning the first item, the correct one was received. Daughter was very happy, also with the ordered unicorn projector lamp and music box!

The order was good and the ordered children's flashlight worked fine the first day until it got very hot on day 2 and it stopped working. Fortunately, we were quick and immediately removed the red-hot batteries. I have contacted about this. Unfortunately we could no longer see how the batteries were placed because we took them out right away when the light got so hot. We are convinced that the batteries were placed correctly, after all, the light has worked fine. After several emails, we regret that no solution is offered. We will unfortunately no longer place orders here.

Good shipping and delivery, but when I wanted to return I did not receive a response to several emails I sent. After emailing several emails, I finally got the money back. But there is no mail or excuse involved

Despite the busy schedule, it was delivered very quickly (the next day).
