Unfortunately not recommended ... The managers (the farmer's parents) are really nice and dedicated people. But that alone is not enough for a good holiday feeling. And that is the hope when you put the caravan somewhere. The sanitary facilities are not kept clean and the waste corner is downright filthy. No toilet paper, arguing that it is being stolen, is just not as it should be. Especially if you pretend to be a resting point for cyclists. It also seems logical to me that you mention on the website that there is (now) a stable with hundreds of goats right next to the campsite. After the stories about Q fever and the smell that such a stable full of goats produces, this will be a reason for many holidaymakers to choose another campsite. Finally, in our case we had a lot of trouble from a sweet young border collie from the farming family. Several times a day crawled under the caravan through our awning in search of our dogs. Despite several requests to do something about it, this did not happen. Slope even against it when breaking up the awning. If you ask the guests to keep the dog on a leash, do the same with your own dog.

The campsite itself is beautifully situated, the toilet block simple, but clean. The part where the rubbish bins, as well as the chemical toilet waste disposal, are in a word, rancid. The stench cannot be hardened by the goat farm, where 600 goats are kept, urine, excrement, etc. goat farms. The managers themselves and also the goat farmer himself, super nice and lovely people, there is nothing wrong with that. Furthermore, very nice cycling environment, but the stench can be smelled from afar, does not seem safe to me in terms of health to work and stay here every day, given q, fever, which goats can spread to the people.

Great campsite! Quiet, a beautiful view, you can walk into the woods or take a nice bike ride. Clean sanitary facilities, a heated floor, 10 ampere electricity, friendly welcome and lovely helpful people. Highly recommended!

Nice campsite in itself, but they have never heard of corona. No soap to wash hands, no waste bins, no toilet paper, no disinfectant, yes a bottle with an unknown soap solution, with a felt-tip pen "disinfectant". Chemical toilet disposal is downright disgusting. Brrrr, Too dirty for words. And to reach it you have to go through a real sandbox. You have to go through that, for example. to lose a wad of paper or a bottle, yes because nowhere trash bins. But otherwise, nice managers, nothing wrong with that. It may be a svr campsite, but .... Also, the air is not tough from the goat farm, and a lot of flies ..

Really a farmers campsite, you smell something, it didn't bother me. Price is decent and always nice view. Plumbing is outdated and does not fit this time. In short, renovate and the price just slightly up. But the owner and her husband work hard and it is wonderful to stay here. They also just had a place while we had not reserved.
