Bought stuff on 17 November 2016 and paid with the pin. Contactless payment was unsuccessful twice, according to the employee. Later, 3x the amount was debited. Contacted Balthazars several times by telephone with 9 out of 10 times no answer. The one time that it was answered, my details were written down, with the promise that I would get my money back. Visited the store myself at the end of 2017, because I still did not have my money back. False promises were made to me again. It is now July 6, 2018 and I am in front of a closed store, while the website indicates that they are open. So anti-social practices!
