B&B located in a very cute and beautiful old building. That is also the pitfall, it is very noisy. Too bad, had a bad night's sleep because of that. The room is simple, but fine. Bed also fine, good pillow. Bathroom is outdated. I wouldn't go back there myself, but people who sleep more soundly (like my husband) will be less bothered by the noise.

We got a beautiful spacious apartment at Art B&B. After the kitchen was closed, enormously hospitable staff arranged sandwiches and salad for these hungry cyclists from Assen. Top!

You shouldn't have a problem with stairs. Furthermore, wonderful beds everything is simple but good for a few nights in Ootmarsum.
