Quality of hair cut is good but extremely overpriced. Staff does not communicate correctly what service are included and how much would they cost, making the experience tricky and unpleasant.

I asked for brown hair and now my hair is black. I have been trying to decolorize my hair for a year so that I can have it dyed brown. Now my hair is dyed black! I washed it and still black. I am very angry. I've spent so much money bleaching my hair, and now I'm back to square one. I definitely didn't want black. Am very angry. It's like I'm wearing a wig now. Just awful! Also much too expensive. Also indicated that I did not want to be specially funded. Only coloring (105 euros) and blow-drying (38 euros) total 143 euros. With other hairdressers, blow-drying / drying of the hair is part of the treatment. Sept 2nd, response to Mufide Hair: Sorry you can't practically dye my hair black and say I experience it that way. People around me thought exactly the same as me. Responses were: "ow ..... maybe it will get brown if you wash it a few times?" I had already indicated in the store that it was much too dark. I am just very disappointed because I have been bleaching my hair for so long, because I want a tan and now I am back to square one. And dyeing hair 105 is not the problem, that I still had to pay so much for blow-drying that I thought was strange. While I have indicated I don't want any special hair dryer treatment. With normal hairdressers, styling the hair is part of the treatment. Thanks and have a nice day.

I only come to Mufide Hair & Spa to have my hair dyed. Always, really always, the color is beautiful. I live a bit further away (two hours drive), but every time I have it done elsewhere, the color is not as beautiful as here from the salon. Recommended if you really want to have your hair dyed well and beautifully by both good professionals and the beautiful brand Aveda.
