Very unhappy. 3 months waiting now for something that was promised after 8 weeks.(already a long waiting time). We paid for a full service with installation which went totally wrong with very bad communication and resonse to emails. We had to drive to head office twice to sort out issues. Invoices had many mistakes on it. Good that we double checked. Delivery is on the pavement only and its your problem to carry it inside. Full payment needed 100% before they even do the job never heard of before. If I hadnt paid everything already I would have cancelled the order a long time ago. So please read the fine print as they dont tell you all this when you purchase the product

You know what is such a shame ... that such a beautiful store with beautiful products has a peanut setting! During this time you go on a job interview, no one wears a mask and many people in the office. That already raises many questions for a company today. Then you have a conversation where only I wear a cap. It takes about an hour, you are said to be called back ... still to be done! And that surpasses everything, the vacancy is simply back on the site a week after my conversation, but it was already the case on the day I had the conversation. When I brought it up, she didn't respond at all! The worst part is that you have to travel 75km just to get there and then back, so it is not next door. How antisocial can a company be? Conclusion ... people do not take people seriously and have no respect for people at all 😡 After your response, we are now 2 weeks further. Still no cancellation, and through Indeed the vacancy keeps popping up. You are not human at all. If says more about you than about me, I mean my quality. I prefer to give that to a company that does respond normally ....

Friendly employees, knowledge of their profession and quality products. I really liked it. Now with the lockdown I still had the feeling during the telephone consultation as if I was in the store.

We went here to view the floors in the showroom, what a very bad experience. The seller didn't even get up from his seat to help us. We were directed to a corner where the colors could be viewed. Also, a sample was ordered in advance via the website that would be ready for us, but that was nowhere to be found. An offer was made, but if we wanted to receive it by email, we first had to send an email ourselves. We ran away, look further. What a bad service and seller. If I had read all the bad reviews first, I wouldn't have spent my time at all on this visit.

What a customer unfriendly company, 100% down payment and 0% service. No solutions and no one gets in touch or feels responsible. DO NOT BUY FLOOR HERE. Very curious if they will solve their bad performance. According to the seller, it is very normal if there are some bad experiences when you have a lot of customers. Very strange reasoning to me.
