The Heer Hugo is a nice, well-located hotel. Everyone we dealt with was very nice. The interior is extravagant and modern, and parking is free. I would come back. Of course, and here comes the big but, not in midsummer. We were there during a heat wave (35 degrees during the day) - and the insulation of the building is a disaster. Our room, the 114, heated up so much during the day that it hardly cooled down even at night with the balcony door open. Often sleep was out of the question. There is no air conditioning, you get a fan, without which it would be unbearable even at night. From seven in the morning it is so hot in the room that you have to get up. The thought of coming back to this overheated room after a hot day kept me bothered while on vacation. I live in an attic apartment at home, and even that is significantly cooler. But a good address for winter, spring and autumn.

It was just delicious! We tasted a few dishes and not one that disappointed. The service was smooth and friendly. In front of the table next to us a picture was taken of their table with a smile Even the Baileys coffee for my wife was perfect. That is often disappointing, but absolutely not here. And for me, the cappuccino was the way it should be A carpaccio like carpaccio should be. Everything clearly fresh ingredients and top divided. Fortunately I could opt for the pesto instead of the oh so popular truffle mayonnaise that will kill you. Probably very tasty for many people, but the taste of truffle is not good for me. And then it is very disappointing if it is on your favorite dish. But here you can choose. Top! 👍 Furthermore, the dishes were small portions but really tasty It really doesn't happen to me quickly but I just don't have any downsides here. Not! 😳
