April 22 I visited CobiCar on the basis of the website, looking for a new car for me. My interest fell on a black Mercedes. Pretty soon someone (I suspect owner) came to me, briefly and very kindly told something about the car and soon offered a test drive. I got a nice cup of tea while the car was made Corona proof for the test drive. I have been away with the car for a while (just what my friend thought about it), but that was no problem either. During the test drive I found 2 defects, I indicated this after the test drive, but this was not a problem and would be repaired. In fact, the selling man himself knew a 3rd defect that I had not immediately noticed, and that is also being repaired. May 14-15 I can pick up the car, but so far only positive. I was able to collect the car a lot earlier than expected and now drive around in the new car for a week. Upon pick-up, we were immediately received very friendly with coffee / tea what we wanted, and the car was ready for us. It is a car with quite a few technical features, but luckily they were all explained briefly. Moreover, the things that would be restored were also neatly restored. It even seemed that the car had been taken through a car wash. If I still run into something, I could always stop by, but so far it seems that I have made a very good buy at this company. After purchase, the air conditioning turned out not to get cold. Car brought by and have neatly solved the problem

I was forced to buy another car because my Fiat Punto EVO was set on fire in Hoorn I ended up at Cobicar The car I bought from Cobicar for 2750 euros including warranty !!! (of which I still have the invoice) was literally the WORST car I have EVER owned !! Within the first two weeks, the car was towed by roadside assistance back to Cobicar for repair. They tried to repair the car without a struggle, unfortunately it only took a very long time and in the beginning I lost the car longer than I have been able to drive it myself and the car was still defective after repair. I still have to go back a few times for repair, but I had already completely lost confidence in the (sl) Opel. Contacting Cobicar also became increasingly difficult the more I had to come back by car. Often there was no answer or I would be called back which was not done even when my car was there for repair. Unfortunately, the repairs took a long time, even though it has been promised a number of times that the car would be ready earlier than it actually was (a week later!). Every 500 km the engine oil had to be refilled because it was almost empty. Just a few months before this (sl) Opel Corsa left the house, it was doubtful whether he would still be able to trade it in for a Lexus, luckily the Corsa has survived and has been exchanged for a Lexus CT200h Luxury Line (2014) that is reliable (not from Cobicar) Don't want to get ripped off? Then do yourself a favor and don't do business with this scammer and liar !!! Response from Cobicar who commented on my review: I bought from you an Opel Corsa for 2750 euros of which I still have the invoice, this included extra warranty of 3 months time purchased You have not helped me for free but from the extra warranty that entitles me to repairs so I am very rude that you say I should have given you 5 stars and it is a pity that you as a company try to lie online by mentioning that the car had a different purchase value without warranty I even had to make money for the last repair, even though I was still entitled to the warranty because all this was still going on within the 3 month period! I also called in legal aid at the time because it was so difficult with Cobicar. A registered letter had also been sent for this, which was never accepted and I eventually received a return The owner was still annoyed that I came back with the car for repair for the umpteenth time and indicated that this was the last time that he would help me and not want to see me again. In short, if you don't want to get scammed, don't do business with Cobicar The Opel Corsa is no longer in my possession and I have been freed from this misery so I will not return with a car that is no longer my property. As mentioned in the review, this car has been replaced by a Lexus (CT200h Luxury Line)
