After exchanging my S-Coss with license plate 6-XNR-32 for the S-Cross with license plate XP-611-L [according to seller mr. R. Koorn, an honest car purchased from the main dealer], it turned out to have been bought afterwards from a rental company, not maintained by a dealer and with the necessary damage all around. After some annoying words on my part and excuses on the other, I was allowed to sell it back with a loss of € 2500. During a later meeting with Mr. R. Koorn joined one Bart Peters [Management] in the conversation and indicated that the loss for me should actually be even higher. After he also had criticism about the car I was driving at that time, I think he better first check his own trade carefully before interfering with the affairs of someone else. After 6 years of satisfaction with the maintenance of our cars, it is incomprehensible that here a group of ruse and deception with their sales practices are scrapping the name of a company. We are now anticipated and hope that maintenance at the other dealer will proceed just as it did in the past at Autoplaza.
