My experience with Rutten Autos is one I'd like to forget as soon as possible. Me and my friends made a deposit on a car, that they refused to give back, which was initially promised. Instead, they then offered to give us a discount on any other car we'd fancy. We were given an insured car of theirs, to pick up a car we might've been interested in, at a dealer's 20 km away that Rutten Autos knew. After 2 minutes in the car we were given, it started to smell like burnt engine, which was an obvious fire hazard. My friend didn't dare to drive any further, fearing a potential accident. We stopped at a gas station and noticed that the car was leaking oil as well. After calling Rutten Autos to tell them that the car they gave us to drive in was broken, they told us to drive it back and they couldn't pick us up. Basically forcing us to drive in a life threatening car. We drove it back to theirs and wanted our deposit back, because we obviously didn't feel comfortable buying a car from them anymore. They blatantly refused and blamed the broken car on us. I can only advise people to stay as FAR away as possible from these scammers.

bought a Renault scenic. Maintenance booklet, suggesting that it was a car dealer maintained could not be found here. The distribution belt had just been replaced, according to brute rutte. Ultimately never received the promised documentation and rutte? Which no response any longer. For certainty replace the timing belt, obviously not rutte. Car also proved to be a damage model. Sweet talk, have paid great promises to you and you hear nothing. I come here one time and that is to sew around the purchased car by the front. People buy here Please do not, forewarned is being forearmed.

Good service! I bought here a lupo 1.4 2001 with 112,000 KM. That was in 2015. I still ride it and there is now 180,000 km on top cart!

Mister had promised to arrange a susuki swift 1.3 for me and in the meantime let me ride in a susuki swift 1.0 with a broken clutch. Called at least 20 times every time new excuses. Had to find a 1.3 of em yourself. If I had found one but then just did not make it my promise to me. I really recommend NEVER buy a car here.

Dirty scammers are making agreements up to 2 times and failing to comply. And if you call them, they cannot be reached by phone, while their website indicates that you can call them in the evening. Don't leave it at this.
