Glasses repaired free of charge that were not purchased here. Very content and keep up the good service!
Just amazed how incredibly customer-friendly a store can still be today. Communication very friendly and punctual. And the service just great!
Terrible shop, I really wanted to read and got my strength measured there. After 3 weeks of not having heard anything I called, something went wrong. Order was not passed. After 5 weeks, calls were made twice. They were there!
When we arrived, it was announced that an appointment had to be made for learning how to put in and take off the lenses. ... could she just have passed on the phone?
