By placing an order with Hornbach, which does not have any blame, I came into contact with vbex for the delivery of a pallet of tiles. After agreement with the supplier, a delivery appointment was made. Monday morning. The appointment was confirmed three times. However, no one came. After receiving a call, it turned out that the driver, the planner, had changed the route. But they would come between 15:00 and 17:00. 17:15 I received a phone call with a thousand apologies that they could not come. So this cost me a bit of a day. The shipment would be delivered Tuesday morning but I was called around 8:30 that the pallet was still in the shed. Another thousand excuses and a new appointment. Wednesday afternoon after 15:00. Eventually the driver called at 14:00 that he would be there within half an hour. I was happy at home. All in all a vacation day strewn by bad planning. And what do I buy for an abundance of excuses? Nothing. Hornbach is in any case so neat to me the transport costs do not charge ... For vbex only one star ....
