I had an appointment for 10 o clock. they never show up and when I tried to call them they switch off the phone. If this is the way how they deal with puntuality I'm sure they are sloppy with the work too. do yourself a favor and search for an other company.

Had an emergency and I was helped really quickly and professionally. Within 30 minutes he knew the cause and we solved the problem! I can say nothing but friendly, professional, expert and a top guy. If I have something again, I will call him immediately.

Our experience was very positive. We have been helped by Erkan Cosgun. Erkan responds quickly and the use of Whatsapp for communication makes it accessible to this day and age. The service is fast and efficient. Highly recommended
