The men from Schoot are completely reinstalling my new house. They do this very professionally and very neatly. They also think about how we can best make the installation. And I think the price is right. Great company and good people.

Firma Schoot wanted to place a new intercom with us on behalf of our landlord Rochdale. Unfortunately we were not at home at the first moment they came. The next day there was a letter on our mat with the threatening words; "Because the device has not yet been installed in your home, the devices will not work." Now I did not find this entirely plausible in the first, but what still bothered me the most is that the Schoot company pretends that this would be my problem. The Schoot company apparently does not consider that we ourselves have an agenda with obligations. This was painfully confirmed when we tried to reschedule the appointment (which was scheduled on the day that we were going to give notice of marriage) to a different moment than the company wanted. My wife was then angry on the phone and, in my opinion, disrespectfully approached by the Schoot employee. How dare we get it in our head to have a different schedule than the Schoot company. I still have a hard time believing the course of events and I feel compelled to share my experience with the Schoot company not only with Rochdale but also here.

Is my first experience there is an appointment but assignment is not carried out now I have to make free time to telossen time is money he is also paid or not sometimes very bad
