Very rude and convinced that he is right. Instead of apologizing for not delivering a bouquet I was told that 'anyone can make mistakes' and that I shouldn't be so sarcastic and that he was definitely not going to deliver anything for me ...

Today 26-05-2020 intend to buy flowers at Bloembinderij het Loo in Heiloo. An address where I have been more often for large orders, including grave flower arrangements, but also large forests for more pleasant affairs. So today a simpler bouquet. Upon entering asked by the owner if he could help me but I just wanted to find something for myself. Found a nice bunch of chrysanthemums for around six euros, which was exactly the budget. I pick the plastic-wrapped bundle from the bucket of water and to the checkout to pay. Not aware of any harm I already saw the face of the owner move in and asked if I wanted these five branches. I confirmed the question on which he cut the plastic and it turned out that the bunch consisted of ten branches and so the price was for 5 branches, to which I said that this looked like deception. Then Mr. was completely annoyed and asked if I still wanted them with a face that spoke volumes for me. Apparently, Mr. is not aware of his particularly unpleasant non-verbal communication. So I walked out of the shop without the flowers, because this was of no use. When I was halfway through the store, he let me know to find me a DICK. I then walked back to let Mr. know that I thought it was incredible how he dealt with his customers, after which he ordered me to leave the store and he also wanted to give me a hand! There were also threats with the police. In short, a very unpleasant experience in a shop where I had already bought hundreds of euros in flowers, until today. Fortunately for him, his flowers are delivered by a lovely couple and the recipient of his flowers does not have to look at his grumpy head.
