4 weeks basic course done. Really very educational and practical! Ton is a very enthusiastic teacher. Never regretted it for a minute! Highly recommended!

And then the Independent Cooking course at Chef level was just over! I found the first lessons quite challenging, also because different course members were already working in the hospitality industry to a greater or lesser extent. But I managed to find my rhythm and learned a lot again. Highly recommended to follow this course after the first course Cooking at Cook Level. Great chef training followed at cooking school Castricum! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn how to cook at a high level. Whether or not you could cook. You will be well trained in 22 weeks. I was in a very nice team and we laughed a lot and worked hard. We always worked with fresh ingredients. I had a great time. thank you Ton!
